1235 Carters Pond Rd, Dammeron Valley, UT 84783

Property Description

The drive home is only the beginning of falling in love with this incredible home. This Dammeron Valley horse property sits on .99 acres bordering 250+ acres of undeveloped state-owned land, with unobstructed mountain and cedar covered valley views. Ride straight off your own property into open desert, head three miles to Upper Sand Cove for unforgettable sunsets. Yet, St. George's grocery stores, movie theaters, and restaurants are only about 20 minutes down SR-18, closer than most people expect from a place this quiet. The main home runs 2,603 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a custom layout, where an updated kitchen and modern finishes bring this southwest classic into a new era. Out back, a 480 square foot ADU built in 2022 is a true private guest casita, not a studio with a shared door -- a full 1-bedroom, 1-bath tiny home with its own kitchen and entrance, ready for rental income, guest quarters, or multigenerational living. A chicken coop, storage sheds, and horse rights complete the Desert Southwest experience even Gene Autry would be proud of. When the power goes out, a backup generator keeps the fridge, the lights, and the lifestyle rolling without missing a beat. If I still haven't convinced you yet, this place isn't for you but there is still more. A 3-car attached garage, Built in 2003 on a quiet cul-de-sac with no HOA, this Dammeron Valley home gives you real distance from the noise without giving up the city. We think you are gonna love it.
